Ohh I missed Pulp :(

I don't know what came up to me this night. I just know I found my self listing to some old songs and suddenly I was reliving people, relations and all the stuff we all miss when we were young.... And wait a minute!! I love Pulp! How could I ever almost forget one of the deepest bands that ever entered my head and how could I almost forget one the greatest concerts I ever saw? PULP! How I miss those times!

I know I didn't write on this blog for some time. I realize now I was kind of tired of today's music. But tonight I did purge my self. It feeeeels gooood sometimes to rewind our personal preferences back to 80s and 90s. Need to buy a good tape player to browser my old tapes and relive forgotten music.

This song could be a nice commercial background track. May be a pet shop one? :) I guess a cell phone company from my country would do since they use to get deep sounding songs to involving people.

Unfortunately I had to remove this song. Not because of copyrights but because it simply won't play correctly. I am sure you will find it anywhere. The song is: Rent a cat from Norman Palm.

Shyamalan - The Happening (update)

Recently I bloged about this film. I was exited to see how it would roll with pixies song name "the happening" as a bearer. Well I have only one thing to say about this movie: What a shitty film is this?

The Walkmen - In the new Year

Here it is. Finally the new single from the new album You & Me. The release album date will be August, 9. I always love two or three songs from The Walkmen albums. The others are ok. Two of them are "The rat" and "Another one goes by". This "In the New Year" single is full of dramatic flair and the vocal is as usual a Indie Rod Stewart style. Since I eard The Walkmen for the first time I always imagined Rod Stewart singing Indie and he would sound like Hamilton Leithauser. Can't wait for the "You & Me".

I'm sorry democracy is changing

No I am not on a strike neither a fight. I was just parsing my old music and "faced" this Democracy from Killing Joke. I ever took Killing Joke into consideration since I saw their great concert in my home town  along with my favourite band ever - Pixies. That was a remarkable concert I will never forget. How could one forget such a power energy from both bands, specially from Killing Joke. And their killing more than ever in the moment this world is living in. There are facts. I am not struggling against nothing except perhaps against myself and the climate change. But this joke that kills as been warning us for sometime. Take a look into their Europe lyrics from Europe album in 1996. Is or not true? Is it good or bad? Well you may judge. Take a listen to if you want. Remember: always better with good quality headphones!
